FACULTIES

Software engineering is the application of engineering to the development of software in a systematic method. It’ll include teachings like Software requirements, design, construction, testing, maintenance, configuration management, development process, software engineering economics etc.

The Faculty of Networking & System Integration will provide learnings in information systems, telephony, data communications etc. Added value is provided through strong project management skills along with soft skills.

Electronics & Communication Technology is a very broad course and nowadays encompasses Electronics as well as detailed understanding of the Computers. So, in this faculty, one will also learn the web and app development. The need for web and app development learning in ECE is due to the new era of IoT (Internet of Things, basically network of sensors having internet access and interfacing through apps).

Mechatronics is the closest to robotics with the slight and main difference is that, in mechatronics systems inputs are provided whereas in robotics systems it acquires the inputs by their own. The Faculty of Mechatronics and Robotics will teach a combination or junction of Electrical, Mechanical, and Computer Science Engineering.

Along with teaching the learnings required for maintenance of IT hardware, the student will also acquire skills required in the manufacturing department of the IT equipment. This will broaden the career opportunities available to the student in the IT sector.

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering will deal with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. Our students will acquire the skill sets ranging from basic circuit theory to the management skills required of a project manager.

Systems engineering is an interdisciplinary field of engineering and engineering management that focuses on how to design and manage complex systems over their life cycles. At its core, systems engineering utilizes systems thinking principles to organize this body of knowledge. This will help our students to develop skills to become efficient managers as they will have both the skills of technical and management.

Instrumentation engineering is the engineering specialization focused on the principle and operation of measuring instruments that are used in design and configuration of automated systems in electrical, pneumatic domains etc and the control of quantities being measured. Our students will be equipped with the knowledge to use the advance instruments.
